1. Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days of payment being received. Orders placed on weekends or UK public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
2. Domestic Shipping (UK)
We ship to all addresses within the United Kingdom. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and the courier used.
- Standard Delivery: 2–5 business days
- Express Delivery: 1–2 business days (where available)
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of your order.
3. Free Shipping
We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time. Any applicable free shipping thresholds or discount codes will be displayed at checkout.
4. Packaging
All Pokémon TCG products — including booster boxes, ETBs, tins, blister packs, and bundles — are carefully packaged to protect sealed products during transit. We take care to ensure items arrive in the condition they were sent.
5. Tracking
Where available, a tracking number will be provided once your order has been dispatched. You can use this to monitor your delivery via the courier's website.
6. Delays
Evolving Tides Collectables is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, Royal Mail, or circumstances outside our control (e.g. adverse weather, high demand periods). We will do our best to keep you informed if a delay affects your order.
7. Failed Deliveries & Returned Parcels
If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Additional shipping charges may apply.
8. Damaged or Lost Items
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us as soon as possible at evolvingtides@outlook.com so we can investigate and resolve the issue.
9. International Shipping
At this time, we primarily ship within the UK. If you are interested in an international order, please contact us directly at evolvingtides@outlook.com to discuss options.
